The text to symbol font converter tool offers the ability to also further customise your unique texts with a side panel editing tool that features on our website. There are many reasons why you would use text to symbol, especially ASL sign language. However, using braille and semaphore is mainly for fun, and not essential to communication on social media or messaging apps. To view and work with currency symbols on your computer, you first need to have fonts installed that are capable of displaying them. The only font we know of that contains all symbols is the Code shareware font by James Kass. We therefore recommend that you download and install the Code font. The text in the field with a green background currently contains a variety of escapes.

Normally you would simply click on the Convert button just above the field to show the various escape formats below. Note, however, that this unusually convoluted text represents two characters using just a code point number — therefore, for this particular example, you should select Treat bare numbers as Hex code points or decimal to convert those numbers as well as the other escapes.

You will then see the conversion results in the grey boxes.
